Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept return or exchanges unless the product is defective and can not be used for its intended purpose. A slightly chipped or worn in blue rack/pusher does not qualify as a defective product. All measurements are listed in the full descriptions of the products online, therefore misunderstanding the sizes is not a reason these can be returned as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
